Let me also tell you that I have been working on the iQOO Z10x for some time and have played games, browsed the internet, watched movies, and performed all my daily work. This phone either makes me happy, or sometimes I feel like it was not the right call.

Design & Build of iQOO Z10x:

At first glance, this smartphone looks both elegant and like the future.

Holding the iQOO Z10x, I feel this smartphone is heavier compared to other smartphones due to its 6000mAh battery. For those who prefer slim devices, this may take some time to adapt to. But that is not a problem for me.

There is a matte finish on the back side that does not smudge. As for the grip, my opinion is that it is good. I never felt that it could fall out of my hands without a protective case.

What I liked in the iQOO Z10x review:

  • Quick side-mounted scanner
  • Plastic body, but feels durable
  • Thick for a smartphone, but acceptable

When it comes to students or ordinary everyday smartphone users, durability plays an important role.

Display Quality of iQOO Z10x:

The iQOO Z10x displays a 6.72-inch 120Hz display.

It is not an AMOLED display screen, and this is something you will notice.

In my opinion, as an iQOO Z10x review:

  • Color representation is good, but lacks vibrance
  • The screen brightness is good indoors, but poor under direct sunlight
  • 120Hz helps to make scrolling better. It works great here

When playing games, watching YouTube or reels, the experience is smooth, but then again, there are no deep black colors.

Gaming experience:

In games such as BGMI, the higher refresh rate moves smoothly.

In terms of being a budget gaming phone, this screen works fine.

Performance – As an iQOO Z10x review:

That’s where this iQOO Z10x device shines.

It comes with the Mediatek Dimensity 6100+ processors that prioritize efficiency and good performance.

Day-to-Day Performance

Based on my experience:

  • WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Chrome → no lags.
  • Changing between applications → generally smooth, except sometimes lagging when changing.
  • No significant lag when using it normally

Multitasking

With 6GB of RAM:

  • Perfect for the average consumer.
  • Intense multitaskers may require frequent reloading.

Heating

I’ve experienced some heat from:

  • Gaming for about 30–40 minutes.
  • While charging and simultaneously using it.

Experience with Software as iQOO Z10x review:

Software of iQOO Z10x
Software of iQOO Z10x

This phone runs on Funtouch OS, which is based on Android 14.

And now for the reality check.

What I liked in the iQOO Z10x review:

  • Nice animations
  • Good customization options

What I disliked in the iQOO Z10x review:

  • Preloaded apps (bloatware)
  • System notifications at times

You can delete all the unnecessary applications, but it still isn’t a clean interface.

In comparison to other stock Android smartphones (such as Motorola smartphones under 10000), it is messy.

iQOO Z10x Camera Review:

Daytime Photography:

There’s nothing much wrong with the 50MP primary camera under bright conditions.

When using it:

  • Pictures are clear
  • Slightly overexposed colors (not real but beautiful)
  • Great for Insta-worthy photos

Night Mode

That’s where problems start.

  • Loses lots of details
  • Noise becomes visible
  • Night mode is helpful but not dependable

Front Camera Performance

The 8MP selfie camera works on average.

  • Performs well in video calling
  • Poor selfies in low light

Video Recording

  • Great during daylight hours
  • Bad performance in low light
  • No stabilization function

If you have photography needs, this may not be the best phone for you at this price range.

Battery Life – The Best Part:

Battery Life of iQOO Z10x
Battery Life of iQOO Z10x

It’s easily the best feature of this smartphone.

The 6500mAh battery capacity makes it a long-lasting battery phone.

During my experience:

  • 2 to 1.5 days on normal usage
  • 8-7 hours screen on time
  • Intense gaming and watching videos → lasts one whole day.

It charges at 44W, which is a decent charging speed.

  • Full charge in about 70–80 minutes

For someone who needs a good battery life, → This smartphone doesn’t disappoint you.

Gameplay Test – BGMI & COD Mobile:

Now let’s look at gaming performance.

BGMI (Battle Ground Mobile India)

  • On Smooth and Medium settings.
  • Stable game performance for casual users.

After 1 hour of playing BGMI:

  • Moderate heating around the camera module.
  • A few lagging issues.

COD Mobile.

  • Optimized better than the BGMI game.
  • Smooth performance even on medium graphics mode.

This smartphone is perfect for casual gaming purposes.

Things I Liked:

  • Great battery life (actual 2-day battery life)
  • Finger print scanner works well
  • Good performance
  • Attractive design
  • Battery backup is amazing

Things I Didn’t Like:

  • Uses an LCD panel instead of OLED.
  • Cameras aren’t great in low-light conditions
  • Lots of unnecessary apps in the UI.
  • Large body size
  • Not a gaming smartphone

Comparison: Is It Better Than Competitors?

1. Comparison Against Phones in “best smartphones under 15000.”

Compared to other smartphone reviews, this range:

    • Longer battery life
    • A little better performance
    • Average camera (Not the best one)

    2. Comparison against “Best 5G Smartphones Under 20000.”

For just an increase in budget, you also get:

      • Better cameras
      • AMOLED display
      • Stronger processors

Thus, the iQOO Z10x phone is great but within its own budget range.

      Who Should Purchase This Smartphone?

      Buy this if:

      • You need a long battery phone
      • You’re a student, and you’re looking for an everyday phone
      • You’re someone who games casually
      • You need a budget 5G smartphone

      Do not buy this if:

      • You need good camera results
      • You need an AMOLED screen
      • Play games extensively

      Conclusion:

The iQOO Z10x is not perfect, but it sure knows its place.

      Its priorities are clear:

      • Long battery life
      • Good performance
      • Reliability

From my perspective, it’s a phone designed for people who need phones, not specs.

If you are seeking a phone that lasts long without lagging, then this phone suits you perfectly.

But if you value cameras and screens, it will be better for you to consider gadgets with a higher budget.
